BrightView Holdings Inc., Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, acquired All Commercial Landscape Services, a commercial landscaping company headquartered in Fresno, California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ACLS is a full-service landscaping company specializing in landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancement, arbor care and water management. Its clients include commercial, municipal, multi-family and retail organizations throughout the greater Fresno market.
