McKinney, Texas-based Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc. acquired Aquarius Supply, an independent distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting, agronomics and other landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Hawthorne, New Jersey, Aquarius was founded in 1969 by George Beausoleil and is currently managed by his son, Rob. The company operates a network of 10 branches across five states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Rob Beausoleil and the company’s entire sales and operations team will lead the business going forward, which will ensure continuity and consistency for customers and supplier partners. Heritage will continue to operate these locations under the Aquarius Supply name.
