TruGreen<\/a>, Memphis, Tennessee, recaps another year of giving through their partnerships with First Tee and St. Jude Children\u2019s Research Hospital. This year, TruGreen also celebrated its $1 million milestone of philanthropy to local communities since 2014 through the company\u2019s branch recognition and corporate giving program.<\/p>\n

TruGreen’s charity of choice for 2020 was the youth development organization First Tee, which uses golf as a catalyst for personal growth. In September, TruGreen donated $80,000 to First Tee \u2013 Greater Philadelphia, one of First Tee\u2019s 150 chapters, to support their Drive for the Future Initiative designed to create an innovative outdoor classroom for children in the Philadelphia area.<\/p>\n

TruGreen also announced an ongoing partnership of philanthropy with First Tee, which will support the expansion of the First Tee College Scholarship Program to include applicants pursuing careers in agronomy, plant science and other science-based professions.<\/p>\n

Additionally, TruGreen customers raised more than $70,000 for St. Jude Children\u2019s Research Hospital through the TruGreen website.
