Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc.<\/a>, McKinney, Texas, has added three new companies to its network: AGC Irrigation Supply in Holbrook, New York, North Shore Sprinkler Supply in Holtsville, New York, and SBI Materials in Windsor, California.<\/p>\n

All three companies will continue to be led by their current supervisors.<\/p>\n

AGC employs a team of nine people and operates a second location in Water Mill, New York, to cover the Hamptons market.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are truly excited to be joining the Heritage team and partnering with our friends at North Shore,\u201d says Jeff Lawlor, owner of AGC. \u201cAfter getting to know Matt and the rest of the folks at Heritage, it was an easy decision to join their rapidly growing family of companies. On behalf of everyone at AGC, we can\u2019t wait to kick-off this next chapter of growth with the support and resources of Heritage.\u201d<\/p>\n

North Shore employs a team of 11 people.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter nearly 50 years in business, it is an honor to announce our new partnership with Heritage,\u201d says Dave Merzbacher, owner of North Shore. \u201cOur focus has always been to take care of our people and customers and treat them like family, a philosophy that we are confident Heritage will continue to uphold for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

SBI employs a team of more than 60 people across its two locations in Sonoma County.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe chose Heritage because of their reputation for allowing the companies they acquire to remain entrepreneurial,\u201d says Rod Matteri, who owns SBI Materials along with Jeff Knepper. \u201cWe are exceptionally proud of the legacy we have built at SBI, and more importantly the partnerships and friendships we have developed over the years. Heritage plans to invest heavily in both our business and the surrounding area and we look forward to the great opportunities and benefits that Heritage will provide for our long-time employees and loyal customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heritage attributed its number of recent acquisitions to vision of growth by forming a network of independent distributors. Heritage has more than 145 locations across 26 states.<\/p>\n
