{"id":94,"date":"2021-06-24T03:48:56","date_gmt":"2021-06-24T03:48:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovativepixel.com\/IGIN\/?post_type=news&#038;p=94"},"modified":"2021-12-21T11:42:07","modified_gmt":"2021-12-21T16:42:07","slug":"brightview-acquires-landscape-companies","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/innovativepixel.com\/IGIN\/news\/brightview-acquires-landscape-companies\/","title":{"rendered":"BrightView acquires two landscape companies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BrightView Holdings Inc., Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, acquired two landscape companies, Baytree Landscape Contractors Inc., Atlanta, and West Bay Landscape, Bradenton, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Baytree, a full-service landscape firm, operates from six primary locations: Atlanta; Johns Island, South Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Nashville, Tennessee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to add Baytree, a landscaper with a stellar reputation for high quality work, to our operations in the Southeast,\u201d says Andrew Masterman, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brightview.com\/\">BrightView<\/a> president and CEO. \u201cLike BrightView, Baytree has achieved success across the spectrum of landscape services: design, development, irrigation, maintenance and enhancement. We look forward to bringing their skilled workforce and leadership into the BrightView family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At peak, Baytree employs more than 370 team members.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team at Baytree is excited about the many opportunities that being a part of the BrightView organization will bring,\u201d says Andrew Watkins, Baytree president and CEO. \u201cThe people part of our business is everything. BrightView has put a priority on that from day one of this process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>BrightView also acquired West Bay Landscape, a landscape maintenance firm in Bradenton, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWest Bay is a leader in the Central Florida market and represents an important addition to our existing landscape maintenance operations,\u201d says Masterman. \u201cOver the past four decades, West Bay has grown steadily and today is one of the region\u2019s top landscape maintenance firms.
